• A four (4) hour minimum is required for all sessions
• All sessions include an engineer and producer if necessary
• Deposit (nonrefundable) of two-thirds (2/3) of the studio time is required at time of booking
• Client must give us at least 48 hour notice before canceling a session
• Cancelations made less than 48 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit
• Block Time may only be divided into no more than two sessions
• Complimentary 30 minute load in and set up time
• Client will be charged from the start of the agreed scheduled time (Please
be punctual)
• All payments must be paid in full at the end of session
• Payments can be made by cash, credit card or PayPal
• Property left by clients on studio premises are the responsibility of client
